The Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650 V3 Rack Server is an enterprise-ready solution specially designed to manage efficient, scalable and reliable modern day workloads in the data center. With handling business workloads, the system is capable of supporting dual (up to 2) 5th generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors. The combination of these components provides significant processing capability to run demanding workloads such as Virtualisation, Databases, Cloud Services, and AI-inspired workloads.

To fulfil the requirements of running enterprise applications, the SR650 V3 will have the Intel® Xeon® Silver 4514 processor, with 16 cores, 2.0 GHz speed, and a 30 MB on-chip cache. The system will also include 64 GB of DDR5 RAM operated at a speed of 5600 MHz which allows for faster processing of information, increased bandwidth, and improved multitasking ability.

The SR650 V3 is designed using GPU-ready platform components, which enables the processing of advanced workloads such as: artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and analytics data. By providing more than enough I/O lanes in support of optimising the transfer rate of data, the system allows for flexible configurations for data storage that makes it scalable enough for business-related data to grow.

In addition to offering enhanced performance, the SR650 V3 comes equipped with Lenovo® XClarity® system management, a service that simplifies the deployment, monitoring and maintenance of this system.
